I am 50+ and I started coaching as a young mother, before I even knew of what I was doing was called coaching.I am a Certified Coach & Trainer since 2010. 

Throughout my life I accumulate all kinds of different coaching experiences from around the world and adapted it, in order to create my own authentic coaching package, called "A date with yourself". 

You stand at a cross road, need clarity or simply wish to deal with your feelings? 

There are so many reasons for a new beginning, a change in direction or simply take action to empower yourself. No matter what, it requires courage, a positive attitude and sometimes someone that guides you through the journey with a positiv, inspiring and solution focused approach!

• Your kids have moved have out and it’s time for you to open a new chapter?
• You just had a separation or divorce and you need to find yourself in order to move on?
• You are a 50+ or so ;-) and you wish to give your life an extra kick?
• You wish to identify your needs and desires or simply to re-invent yourself?
• You wish to meet your inner child and find out when it controls your feelings? Over 90% of your negative feelings come form your inner child. Bad news is, that changing the outside world is not helping, you need to do the work yourself. Good news - you can! You have the power as an adult to get in touch with your inner child and take over command in a very compassionate and mindful way.
